Interested in Becoming a Vendor?

Dear Potential Vendor,

First, our waiting list is always open, however it is a “juried” waiting list. “Juried” means the management chooses who to offer new spaces to individuals both from within our current vendor family and from our waiting list...it is not a first-come-first-served system.
 
Our rental system for booth spaces is as follows: 
  • We require a signed contract & W-9 tax form for every vendor.
  • Vendor booths of 17 square feet or more will be rented at $3.75 per square foot until January 1st per square foot. Rate of increase TBD.
  • Booth spaces of 16 square feet or less are charged the minimum booth fee if $65 per month. 
  • Vendor contracts are on a month-to-month basis, requiring a first and last month’s rent payment and a one-time $40 security fee before move-in date. 
  • We require a 30 day notice for terminating our month-to-month contract given at the end of the month prior to moving out, at which point you would utilize the last month’s rent deposit towards your last month rent payment. 
  • The building rent increases annually, and as such the minimum booth fees and square footage fees are subject to change on January 1st of every year.

We are a tourist destination and enjoy a lot of foot traffic throughout the year from travelers and locals alike. All of our booths are currently filled, however spaces come up from time to time. If you decide you would like to be on the waiting list, we would love to hear from you.
 
The waiting list form will ask:
  1. Where are you located?
  2. What types of items do you offer for sale? Include details like furniture pieces, sizes of average pieces, types of furniture and the same information on smaller items…what type of smalls, average price range of smalls, if various give examples of the types of items you have at what prices, etc.
  3. How soon are you looking for a space?
  4. How much space are you looking for? Ideally and realistically, as in are you willing to start in a smaller space if available and move into a larger space if and when it becomes available.
  5. How did you hear about our store?
  6. Have you been or are you currently a vendor elsewhere? Or do you sell primarily online? If online, what is your website, facebook or instagram?
  7. If you have a very specific style, emailing pictures would be a plus…just a sampling would suffice.
